Johansson rep denies Penn dating rumours

The stars were linked after being spotted spending time together at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles.
"Scarlett and Sean are not dating - they have been friends for years," her spokesman told E! Online.
"Nothing more, nothing less. They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti relief and Scarlett's upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam's Global Ambassador."
Johansson announced her split from husband Ryan Reynolds in December 2010.
