Spencer is currently starring in the final season of the ABC comedy Greek, and announced her engagement to James Hesketh early last month.
According to People, a representative has confirmed that the two were indeed married at City Hall in New York City on Friday, and that Kelsey Grammer was in attendance at the ceremony, accompanied by his new fiancée Kayte Walsh.
Grammer reportedly pushed through a speedy divorce from Real Housewives of Beverley Hills star Camille to ensure that he would be able to marry the 24-year-old Walsh later this month.
Spencer is Kelsey Grammer's daughter from his first marriage to Doreen Alderman.
