Andre 'collecting evidence against Price'

Peter Andre is reporting putting together a file of evidence against his ex-wife Katie Price in a bid to secure custody of their children.

The singer has apparently made a legal application to the Family Court following more rows with the former glamour model over a burn sustained by their daughter Princess.

"Peter thinks she is mentally unfit to be in charge of children," a source told The Sun. "He wants full custody, even if temporary, until she sorts out her car crash of a life."

The paper claims that the custody battle prompted Price's decision to spend the weekend with her estranged husband Alex Reid. A source suggested that the 32-year-old made the decision over fears that Reid could be used against her by Andre's team.

A spokesperson for Price commented: "We know nothing about these proceedings and think this is another publicity stunt."
