The presenter has been dating the Chelsea footballer for 18 months. Speaking to The Mirror, Bleakley said that the job worked better for their relationship than her previous role on BBC's The One Show.
"It works out brilliantly," she said. "I sleep after the show when Frank is training. He's not back till 2.30pm and by then I am ready to live a bit. We have the rest of the day together. But I'm knackered by 10 o'clock."
She continued: "I might go out with a footballer, but I just see him as Frank. And Frank is a very ordinary, normal bloke. We don't go to lots of parties. We got invited to the Brits but went to the cinema with Frank's girls instead."
"I am still the ordinary girl," she added. "Nothing has changed, I just go out with someone who happens to kick a ball for a living."
