The Harry Potter actress signed a deal with the cosmetics firm to appear in a number of campaigns for them - her first of which will be shot by photographer Mario Testino.
She said of her new role: "It's so exciting, I can't wait to start shooting.
"Although I don't wear much make-up, I'm a big fan of Lancome products, especially their mascara."
The 20-year-old follows Julia Roberts and Uma Thurman in representing the brand.
