The former Bachelor contestant gave birth to the couple's first child, named Ava Grace Strickland, on Wednesday afternoon.
"Our lives have changed so much in the last two years and today we've been blessed with the best change ever, our beautiful baby girl," she told People in a statement.
The pair - who married in December 2009 - initially announced the pregnancy in October 2010.
