Hilton attempts to have lawsuit dropped

Paris Hilton is reportedly trying to get a $10 million lawsuit against her dropped.

Diamond heiress Zeta Graff has been pursuing a defamation lawsuit against the socialite for allegedly planting a false story in the New York Post.

Hilton alleged Graff lost her temper at a London nightclub and stole a necklace from her. The two have feuded since Hilton discovered former boyfriend Paris Latsis had previously dated Graff.

TeenHollywood.com reports that the Simple Life star has been taking Graff out to dinner in Beverly Hills, as well as to the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
