Lil' Kim will apparently be out of jail by the summer thanks to an extra day on her sentence.
According to TeenHollywood.com, Lil' Kim, who only began her year-and-a-day sentence for perjury and conspiracy in September, will leave the Philadelphia Federal Detention Centre in the "late spring or early summer."
Lawyer Mel Sachs said: "A year and a day is actually less than a one-year sentence because, under the federal rules and the federal sentencing system, if there's an extra day, you get time credited to you. So Kim will be out in late spring or early summer."
