The 41-year-old Australian, who reportedly split from her cricketer husband Shane Warne shortly before his public fling with Liz Hurley, said that she is now in a "happy place" thanks to new boyfriend Toby Roberts.
Callahan told New Idea magazine: "Toby's pretty special - inside and out. I think I accept there is a degree of karma. I am sure everything happens for a reason and my angels are looking after me at the moment.
"I had a difficult few months and it was upsetting. It has only been a couple of months since I moved out - but it feels like a lifetime ago. I'm in a very happy place."
Callahan also revealed that her slim new figure is due to running following her split from Warne, saying: "I found pounding the pavement helped me let off a lot of steam at times."
