Elen Rivas has reportedly hit back at her ex-partner Frank Lampard after he suggested that she might include their children in a reality TV show.

It was claimed that Lampard had threatened legal action if Luna, 5, and Isla, 4, were photographed or featured in any show with Rivas's new partner Peter Andre.

"I will not suffer my kids being pimped out on TV," Lampard is reported to have said. "I have already instructed my lawyers to make sure this doesn't happen."

However, Rivas's representative told the Sunday Mirror: "Elen has always made it clear that, no matter what the offer is, she does not want her children filmed or photographed, so she and Frank are in agreement on this."

A source added: "Elen's angry that Frank thinks he can call the shots over what she does with the children. She's a great mother and if anyone tries to claim she's not, then she will come back fighting.

"She has never used the children in publicity shots and made that quite clear. She has written back to Frank, saying she has never intended to have the girls photographed or filmed."

They continued: "Elen is happy with Peter, and thinks Frank's legal letter was a heavy-handed way of dealing with something she agrees with anyway.

"When Peter and she are together with the children, they're deliberately not even affectionate in front of each other."
