Michael Lohan says Lindsay will win case

Michael Lohan has claimed that daughter Lindsay will be victorious in court in her theft case.

Lindsay was charged with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a necklace from a jewellery store in Los Angeles.

She could face up to three years in prison if she is convicted.

Speaking to X17, Michael said that the jewellery store has "three different versions of the story, so it doesn't look good for them".

Lindsay's assistant reportedly told police that the Mean Girls star meant to return the necklace but failed to do so because she was "very busy".
