The reality TV star told Now magazine that the surgery, which she underwent in 2006 after losing weight, resulted in an implant shifting and pressing on a nerve.
Douvall explained: "When I lost weight a few years ago, going down to a size six, my bum went too.
"So I had surgery to restore it to its former glory. It was very painful and I had to wear hideous support underwear for six months afterwards, but I was pleased with the results - I felt that it was £10,000 well spent."
She continued: "Then I began to notice my bum was changing shape. The left implant had moved and had started touching a nerve - the pain was excruciating."
The 31-year-old added: "I bitterly regret having the op. I could've bought a house with all the money I've spent on surgery over the years. Instead, all I've got is a lot of pain and embarrassment."
Douvall has vowed not to undergo any further cosmetic operations.
