Price 'shares flight to LA with Beckham'

Katie Price is reportedly hoping to end her long-running feud with Victoria Beckham ahead of this weekend's Oscars.

The Daily Star claims that the two women will share the same flight to Los Angeles ahead of the awards ceremony.

Price and Beckham fell out in 2000 when the former Spice Girl failed to offer her support after Price was cheated on by then boyfriend Dane Bowers. Press reports then suggested that Beckham had snubbed Price at Sir Elton John's post-Oscars bash in 2009.

Speaking at the launch of her Day 22 fashion range, the former glamour model praised Beckham but insisted that she is not trying to copy her.

"I can't believe we’re on the same flight," she said. "I hope she's friendly."

Asked if she is happy for her collection to be compared to Beckham's range, she responded: "I'm quite flattered actually because she's a style icon. Even though our stuff’s completely different and I'm not trying to be like Victoria, if people want to compare me to her that’s amazing."

The 32-year-old hinted that she could send some of the items from her range to Peter Andre and Alex Reid.

"A couple of my exes have said they'd like the t-shirts so I'll send them some," she said.
