Rose McGowan gets restraining order

A judge has granted Rose McGowan a temporary restraining order against a man who she claims is harassing her.

The order requires a man named Luis Santo III to stay 200 yards away from McGowan, reports TMZ.

The Charmed actress told Los Angeles Superior Court that Santo has insisted that he is in love with her even though he has never spoken to her.

He has also reportedly threatened her employees when demanding to talk to her.

One of the Twitter messages Santo allegedly sent to McGowan was also in the court documents. It read: "rose don't hurt me! iwill not kidding.u will be gone. (sic)"
