Vince Neil released early from jail

Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil has been released from jail after serving ten days of a 15-day sentence for drink driving.

The musician pleaded guilty in January to an offence dating back to last summer under a plea deal which reduced his jail time, but the Las Vegas Sun claims that the 50-year-old has already been released.

The report alleged that Neil was released from Clark County Detention Centre on Friday, although he will still have to serve 15 days of house arrest as part of his plea deal.

Neil was arrested back in June 2010 near the Las Vegas Strip.
