The 'Broken English' singer, who once accused Moss of pilfering her fashion sense, told The Irish Times that she and the model have worked through their disagreements.
"We are friends again," Faithfull said. "And we are going to keep it to ourselves."
The musician went on to admit that she had a habit of ruining several relationships because of her often harsh criticism of friends.
"It's a great shame when people don't speak for a few years," Faithfull added. "I am not banishing people anymore. In the past I hurt people before they could ever hurt me; my whole life was founded on that... I was a very lost little girl but better now, thank you."
Faithfull first gained fame in 1964 with her hit cover of 'As Tears Goes By', which was co-written by her then-boyfriend Mick Jagger, his Rolling Stones bandmate Keith Richards and producer Andrew Loog Oldham.
Her latest LP Horses and High Heels was released in Europe earlier this year and debuts on March 7 in the UK.
