The Boardwalk Empire actress gave birth to daughter Winter Morgan Williams in New York on February 17, reports People.
"Everyone is happy and healthy and resting at home," said a rep for the couple.
"The whole family is overjoyed."
Mol and Williams are also parents to a 3-year-old son, Ptolemy John.
