The comedian's 'Crazy In Love' routine secured him the most public votes, while Price won a place with the judges' support. Kane praised the former glamour model for taking the "piss out of herself" during her performance as Freddie Mercury.
"Katie Price was actually my favourite person, we got on really well," he told Star magazine. "She was paying me some brilliant compliments! She kept saying she was jealous of my boobs, my legs, my hair.
"I thought her dance was the funniest, most entertaining of the night. It was nice to chat to her normally. She's not cold or scary. She's a great mum and just liked talking about really normal stuff."
He added: "I loved the way she took the piss out of herself. She knows what she is, what she's about."
The pair will return to perform their routines again on March 12 final.
