According to TV Guide, Travolta has promised to appear at the show's 35th reunion special, which will take place at the TV Land Awards in April.
Travolta played 'Sweathog' Vinnie Barbarino on the ABC comedy series, which ran from 1975 to 1979.
Other cast members, including Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, Ron Palillo and Marcia Strassman, have also signed to appear at the event.
Series star Gabe Kaplan, who played the titular Mr Kotter, has yet to sign on.
