Busey: 'I'm praying for Charlie Sheen'

Former Celebrity Rehab star Gary Busey has urged Charlie Sheen to seek help in the wake of his recent personal troubles, even saying that he has been praying for the actor to get better.

Busey, who claims to have been friends with Sheen for many years, made the comments during last night's launch party for Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice in Las Vegas, insisting that "Charlie is in a tailspin".

"I want Charlie to get up out of the mud and reclaim his life, and I'm praying for him," Busey continued, according to People. "The advice I have for him is to look at himself and the truth in his heart, because what he's doing is not true to his heart."

Busey claimed that his own personal issues, including an addiction to cocaine, were now completely behind him, and that he is now "alive with love".

The actor is one of the 16 contestants on this year's Celebrity Apprentice, which begins tonight on NBC.
