The rapper was sentenced to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon last December.
The judge in the case has announced that the hip-hop star will begin his sentence on June 8, reports TMZ.
The charges stem from a 2007 incident in which police discovered a loaded semi-automatic weapon in his vehicle.
The 34-year-old previously called the sentencing a "minor setback".
