Dennis and his third wife Claire welcomed Thomas Christopher, who weighed in at 9lb 3oz, last Thursday.
A rep for the couple said: "Les Dennis and wife Claire are thrilled and delighted at the birth of their baby son, born at a London hospital on Thursday, April 14 at 2.03pm."
The couple have one other child together, 2-year-old Eleanor, while Dennis has 31-year-old son Philip from his first marriage to Lynne Webster. Dennis and Claire lost a baby last year following an ectopic pregnancy.
