The Girls Aloud singer, who is engaged to Tom Crane, said that the highlight of the evening was seeing her mother and her fiancé's mother dancing together.
Harding, who held the party at The Brompton in London last Monday, told Hello: "It was really nice to have all the people I love and care about under one roof.
"One of the highlights was seeing our two mums strutting their stuff on the dancefloor.
"It all went past so quickly as there were so many people to catch up with, and before I knew it the evening was over. But it was everything I hoped it would be."
The 29-year-old also admitted that she felt nervous before the event.
She added: "I had butterflies beforehand. This has felt like a wedding, with all the preparation."
Other guests included Harding's Girls Aloud bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, Jason Statham and his model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jo Wood - the ex-wife of Ronnie Wood.
