The Never Say Never star - who has also been immortalised at the New York and Amsterdam attractions - visited his statue at the British attraction today.
The teenager posted a photograph of himself posing with the figurine on his Twitter account, alongside the message: "TWINS!"
He later posted another picture of himself posing with his mother and the waxwork, joking: "Knew [my mum] had more kids! Me and my mum and lil bro (sic)."
Bieber added: "Thanks to the fans and Madame Tussauds London for today. From staring thru the glass to being made in wax inside... #neversaynever."
The singer previously said that he was "honoured" to have his waxwork join those of his idols including Michael Jackson, Prince, Beyoncé and mentor Usher, describing the statue as "incredibly exciting and very cool".
Bieber is currently on tour in the UK, and is scheduled to play his second of three dates at London's O2 arena tonight. He was joined on stage by Craig David for a special rendition of the musician's track 'Seven Days' during Monday's performance.
The star met David at the premiere of his Never Say Never movie in London last month, and later tweeted: "He has been an influence since day 1. I'm a huge fan. So cool. Really great night and incredible crowd (sic)."
