Rap label Death Row Records will shut down unless founder Marion Knight appears in court.
Founder Marion Knight has already missed three hearings after being ordered to pay £61m to Lydia Harris, who claims she was a co-founder of the label in the 1990s. However, Harris' husband Michael also wants a share of the profits, claiming he also helped set up the radio station.
Knight's assets have been frozen since August 2005. Steve Goldberg, who represents Michael Harris, explained: "There is no explanation or excuse for [Knight] not coming. There are rules of court that should be obeyed and Mr Knight is making a mockery of it."
