Megan Gale: 'I feel better than ever'

Megan Gale has revealed that she feels "better" than ever.

The Australian supermodel, who made a catwalk comeback at Alex Perry's fashion show in Melbourne last week, said that she has been on a healthy "regime" for the past five months which has seen her drop a dress size.

Gale told the Sunday Herald Sun: "I feel better than I have in a long time. I have been on a bit of a regime since about October last year and no one's really seen me because I've been so under the radar shooting Project Runway.

"I've started running again in addition to all of that, I've done Pilates, yoga, pole dancing and power walking. I took six weeks off drinking any alcohol and I had a couple of drinks around Christmas and the New Year, but even then I lost the taste of it.

"I have the odd drink now but it's just not something that makes me feel very good. I do feel like I have [lost weight], definitely. My body's changed because I can tell by the clothes that I wear."

Since splitting from comedian Andy Lee late last year, Gale has been romantically linked to AFL player Shaun Hampson.

She said of the romance rumours with Hampson: "Lately there has been a lot of scrutiny in my private life ... [when] I am probed and prodded and asked personal questions, I retreat and get shy."
