The singer, who announced in November 2010 that she and husband Carey Hart are expecting their first child later this year, revealed via her Twitter page that her mother organised the event, which was attended by close family and friends last weekend.
"Such an amazing weekend with my family," she wrote.
"My mama threw me a baby shower + this bambino already has too much stuff!!!!!!! (sic)"
Pink previously confessed that she and Hart are unable to decide upon baby names and will most likely wait until the child is born to come up with one.
She later posted a message to her official website insisting that she will love the baby unconditionally and "accept him or her with open and loving and welcoming arms".
