Blunt's girlfriend won't believe rumours

James Blunt's girlfriend has said that she is standing by the singer, despite rumours linking him with Tara Palmer-Tomkinson.

The inspiration behind Blunt's hit You're Beautiful, Camilla Boler, told The Mirror: "We're still an item."

When asked if she had already confronted James over the rumours of his affair she apparently raised her eyebrows and merely asked: "What do you think?" She went on to say that he had denied the whole thing and she had no reason not to believe him.

She said that she would have to take any continuing rumours about the woman that she branded a "publicity seeker" with a "whole canister of salt".

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has neither confirmed or denied the rumours, but did say: "I don't care what Camilla says. I don't even know the girl."
