'Jackass' Chris Pontius 'divorcing wife'

TMZ reports that Nolan filed the documents against the Jackass star in LA County Superior Court last week, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split.
The court papers also state that the couple have been officially separated since 2009.
36-year-old Pontius rose to fame when Jackass premiered on MTV in 2000. A spinoff, Wildboyz, aired on MTV between 2003 and 2006. He has also appeared in movies including Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle and Sofia Coppola's most recent film Somewhere.
He married Nolan in October 2004. The couple have no children.
