Valderrama keeps grounded and happy

Wilmer Valderrama says keeping true to his roots has helped him to cope with Hollywood.

The That '70s Show actor says being grounded has helped him to make true friends in Hollywood. He has previously dated Ashlee Simpson, Mandy Moore and Lindsay Lohan.

Valderrama explained: "We live in such an industry where it's all about image. It's very rare when we find real people who remember not only where they come from, but their struggles to get there.

"Once you get there you have to not only enjoy your job, but be responsible and be thoughtful and respectful of everybody else's success. It's hard to find that in the industry. When you find a few people you can relate to, you have to embrace that, and I've been very fortunate to bump into great people in the past eight and a half years. "
