Earlier this month, Sheen announced on micro blogging website Twitter that he planned to tell his life story in a book entitled Apocalypse Me.
He wrote: "The title of my book has finally been delivered thru vast and extensive Lunar channels… Apocalypse Me. Warlock Latin for WINNING (sic)."
Sources close to the actor told the New York Post's Page Six that the former Two And A Half Men actor was insulted that he'd thus far only received a $1m offer by a single publisher, leading him to cut ties with McGuigan's firm Foundry Media Group.
When asked to comment on the matter, McGuigan insisted that the newspaper had the facts "very, very wrong", while Sheen's 'goddess' Natty Kenly announced that the star is "no longer speaking to mainstream media".
It was reported this morning that a court has denied Sheen's latest bid to prevent his suit against Two and a Half Men's producers from going to arbitration.
