Chantelle Houghton wears lettuce mini-dress

Chantelle Houghton has worn a mini-dress made of lettuce leaves for a new publicity campaign.
The ex-Big Brother contestant donned the unusual outfit today at The Piazza in London's Covent Garden on behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
"My PETA campaign is to raise awareness for people to become vegetarians/vegans! They have amazing starter packs! Stop cruelty to animals (sic)" she explained on Twitter. "Its not everyday u get to dress up in lettuce leaves! X "
