Speaking to the Evening Standard, Georgia May, Mick's youngest daughter with Jerry Hall, revealed that her father always insisted on essays being finished on time, and encouraged her to put her studies before her modelling career.
Georgia May, 19, first took to the catwalk at 16 to model for Vivienne Westwood. She said: "My dad was fine about me modelling at 16 because I always said school was important. I chose jobs carefully so I wouldn't have to take too much time off. It got harder with my A-levels; I was doing homework on the plane."
Georgia May, who lives with her mother in Richmond, completed her A-levels at Collingham College in Earl's Court. She has since become a designer for Hudson jeans, and is in the lineup to appear in Rimmel's next series of ads.
Another Rolling Stones offspring - Theodora Richards, daughter of guitarist Keith - was recently arrested on drug possession and graffiti charges.
