Leelee Sobieski 'buys Zellweger apartments'

The Bridget Jones actress had placed the Upper West Side spaces - both located in the same building - on the market through the Corcoran Group in November 2010 and was asking a reported $8.95 million (£5.6m) for the pair.
The New York Times reports that Sobieski finalised documents for the purchase on Friday, though it was not revealed how far below the asking price the apartments went for.
Sobieski was not available to comment on the report.
The star was recently announced for the role of Gen Perry in the upcoming CBS drama pilot Rookies.
Zellweger was previously spotted moving out of ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper's Pacific Palisades, California home.
