'Teen Mum' star Evans arrested for assault

The arrest stems from video footage posted on the internet which features the 19-year-old reportedly attacking another young woman named Britany Truett, police sources confirmed to TMZ.
The reality star was booked in Brunswick County Jail and later released on bond. She is to answer the charges in court on April 26.
Evans's attorney told the website that Truett had initially decide not to proceed with charges against his client, but later changed her mind.
"Based on the information that I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up," the lawyer claimed.
The brawl between the two girls apparently began during an argument over a man, Kieffer Delp, who both Truett and Evans were interested in dating.
Delp was later arrested on an outstanding drug charge after being spotted at Evans's home when she was taken into custody.
Evans joined Teen Mum 2 earlier this year and revealed that she was raising young son Jace without the help of the boy's father.
