The country music star will take the stage in late April in New York City's Beacon Theatre for the special show, reports The AP.
Luke Bryan and The Band Perry will open for the Grammy-winning artist and Country Strong actor.
SiriusXM will broadcast the concert live on April 27 on several of its stations, including the new Tim McGraw Radio channel, which launches the week of the performance.
McGraw, who recently admitted that he decided to get sober after discovering he sent rambling text messages while drunk, kicks off his nationwide tour in Texas on April 8.
