Josie Gibson 'still with John James'

Josie Gibson has insisted that she and John James Parton are still together but are taking a break from their relationship.

The Big Brother winner told fans on Twitter this morning that the couple are not currently together but that they are "going to see if we can work things out".

However, reacting to confusion about the situation between the pair, Gibson later tweeted: "We didn't sell a split up story!!! We r together!! (sic)"

She added: "I feel like Rachel off friends when her and Ross were on a break lol."

The front cover of OK magazine features Gibson without her Australian boyfriend, under the headline, 'John's Dumped Me'.

Speaking to the publication, Gibson revealed: "I've been a cow. John told me two days ago that he's had enough and is going. I've got no-one to blame for this but myself. John has said things which have really, really upset me. But my temper is way out of line. I am 100% to blame for everything that has gone wrong between us."

She added: "My insecurities have pushed [him] away - I know. But when you have a bloke who don't show you any affection and don't give you any attention, then sometimes you get a bit p*ssed off and insecure."

Meanwhile, the couple's manager Sean O'Brien stated: "Just to clear up any confusion, all PAs booked before this week will still stand. Josie has agreed to honour all commitments made previously."
