The 'Ice Ice Baby' rapper and former Dancing On Ice competitor will play the role of Captain Hook in the panto, due to run at Chatham's Central Theatre.
"Ice is a huge name who I am sure will be a real draw for parents and children alike," general manager Tony Hill told BBC News.
"[He] has never performed in a pantomime before, but I am sure that he will go down as a hit."
Peter Pan will run from December 9, 2011 until January 2, 2012.
Ice - born Robert Van Winkle - recently revealed that he narrowly avoided having a public meltdown following his career slump in the 1990s.
