Russell Crowe is being investigated after claims he broke New Zealand's smoking law.
The 41-year-old allegedly breached a smoking ban while singing with band The Ordinary Fear Of God.
Promoter Brian Eccles explained: "I saw him smoking at Leigh, but it was very discreet. I'm told he smoked at SkyCity in Auckland and in Wellington."
Local venues could be fined up to £1429 if found guilty of allowing Crowe to break the law.
