Stacey Solomon: 'I'm not Kerry Katona'

Stacey Solomon has said that she is not concerned about comparisons made between herself and Kerry Katona.

The former X Factor star won the last series of ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and then landed a contract to be the new face of Iceland - two positions previously held by Katona.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Solomon said that she knew she would be compared to the former Atomic Kitten singer.

"We all choose our own path and I'm not into some of the things that Kerry may have been into," she told the paper. "We're different people but I'm sure everyone will compare us."

Meanwhile, Solomon admitted that she was tempted to get vajazzled after learning of the craze sparked by The Only Way Is Essex.

"Me and my sister have been discussing vajazzling," she revealed. "But I want to watch one first to see what it's like before I go for it. My main concern is who would want to see it?"

Solomon will co-present ITV's new celebrity karaoke show Sing If You Can with Keith Lemon.
