Tori Spelling pregnant with third child

The Tori & Dean: sTORIbookWeddings star confirmed the news via her Twitter page on Monday following rumours sparked by the appearance of her "baby bump" at Sunday night's GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles.
"I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me... It's official...Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!" she wrote.
The couple, who are already parents to 4-year-old Stella and 2-year-old Liam, will welcome the baby this fall.
Spelling previously confessed that she struggles to balance family life and her career.
She first expressed interest in expanding her family last year, but admitted that she wanted to wait until her kids got older before adding a new addition.
