Donald Trump reacts to Bill Cosby criticism

Donald Trump has responded to criticism that he recently received from Bill Cosby.

Cosby admonished potential Republican presidential candidate Trump for delaying a public announcement on whether he will seek high office.

"Oh please with Donald Trump, take him home with you. He's full of it," Cosby said about Trump on NBC's Today Show.

He added to host Meredith Vieira: "You kept saying [in an interview with Trump], 'Are you going to run [for office]?'... He jumped. You run or shut up… The only thing he's running is his life."

Trump has now responded to the remarks in a statement.

The business magnate wrote about Cosby: "I was surprised to hear him blabber, somewhat incoherently, 'You run or shut up'. The hatred was pouring out of his eyes."

Trump continued: "If he doesn't want me to run because he's obviously an Obama fan, he should state the reasons and not come into my green room in front of numerous witnesses and treat me like his best friend."

The Celebrity Apprentice star previously said that he would not make a decision about running for president until June.
