Seann William Scott has left rehab.

The American Pie star entered a treatment facility seeking help for "health and personal issues" in March.

A source close to the actor said that he completed a 30-day programme at a treatment facility, reports TMZ.

"He completed the 30 days successfully... he's doing great," the insider explained.

The actor was spotted attending a Nicks game in New York City on Tuesday night.

Scott has signed to star in American Pie 4, which begins production next month.

Alyson Hannigan, Jason Biggs, Tara Reid and Chris Klein are also attached to appear in the sequel, which will centre on the group organising a ten-year reunion.

Scott also recently landed a role in Michael Dowse's upcoming hockey comedy Goon.
