Babyshambles guitarist on assault charge

Babyshambles guitarist Partick Walden has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
He is being held in London’s Pentonville prison on suspicion of an attack on Nadis Patane at their home in North London.
The star - who was arrested with bandmates Drew McConnell and Andrew Ficek last week over a drink driving incident – will be held on remand until April 13.
He pleaded not guilty to common assault at Thames Magistrates court.
