Kerry Katona, Mark Croft in custody agreement

Kerry Katona and Mark Croft have confirmed that they have reached a "comprehensive agreement" over custody of their children Heidi and Max.

The 30-year-old split from her second husband last year, after he allegedly accused her of cheating. She has since claimed that she was mentally abused during their three-year marriage.

"The children will continue to make their main home with their mother and the parents have agreed arrangements for the children to spend regular time with their father," a statement read. "They will both continue to be involved in making major decisions for the children."

It added: "The parents will continue to work together for the benefit of their children in the future and they very much look forward to a positive working relationship going forwards."

Katona has two children, Molly and Lilly-Sue, from her first marriage to Brian McFadden - who recently split from his fiancée Delta Goodrem.

Neither Katona or Croft made any further comment on their agreement.
