The former glamour model, who split from second husband Alex Reid shortly before their first wedding anniversary in January, has been dating Argentinian model Leandro Penna since meeting at Elton John's Oscars party earlier this year.
Price was pictured by The Sun leaving London restaurant Nobu last night with Penna, after enjoying dinner with The Only Way Is Essex stars Kirk Norcross and Lauren Pope, and was seen to have a large ring on her wedding finger.
As Price left, with Penna leading the way, the businesswoman was seen to display her hand as she passed photographers.
The model was rumoured to have proposed to Penna last month, but quickly denied the reports.
She recently announced that she has pulled out of the London marathon after damaging her knee.
