Kensit is the stepmum to Jim Kerr and Chrissie Hynde's daughter Yasmin, who is expecting twins later this year. The former Holby City actress still has a close relationship with Yasmin, despite divorcing Kerr in the '90s.
"I might become a granny quite soon, it's my stepdaughter," she told Fern Britton.
She has one son from her marriage to Simple Minds star Kerr - 19-year-old James - and another - Lennon - from her marriage to Oasis' Liam Gallagher.
The 2010 Strictly Come Dancing contestant is currently single after ending her fourth marriage with Jeremy Healy last year.
Kensit is working as a presenter on Sky Living series How To Nab A Prince, which will air during the build-up to the royal wedding.
