Miley Cyrus: 'My family is good'

Miley Cyrus has insisted that her family is doing fine following the reunion of Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus.

The popstar's parents were on the verge of a divorce last year, but Billy Ray revealed that he was calling off the marriage termination in March, stating that he wanted to put his family back together.

Speaking to The AP, Miley said that she feels comfortable leaving home to tour now that she knows her parents are together.

"I think it's good, especially when you go on the road. You have to make sure everyone is happy before you start travelling, you're away," the 18-year-old explained. "My family is good. They are stoked for the tour. As long as I'm happy, they are happy."

The singer departs for South America and Australia on April 27 for her 'Gypsy Heart Tour' to support her latest LP Can't Be Tamed.

The former Hannah Montana star recently revealed that she feels her fans are ready for her to tour.
