Chantelle 'thought Wilding would propose'

Chantelle Houghton has admitted that she was expecting a proposal from her boyfriend Rav Wilding last weekend.

The Big Brother star explained that she was overcome with nerves when she thought the presenter was going to ask her to marry him during their spa break.

She told Now: "Last weekend at Champneys we went for dinner and I suddenly thought he was going to [propose].

"I went really hot and my heart started beating and I couldn't speak - but he didn't."

Despite a failed marriage with Ordinary Boys frontman Preston, Houghton insisted that she would like to marry again.

She added: "I really want to get married one day. But I don't ever want to experience what I did before, it was awful."
