Brooke Mueller 'refuses random drug test'

Brooke Mueller has reportedly refused to submit to a random drug test administered as part of her custody settlement with Charlie Sheen.

The 33-year-old socialite, who has struggled with illegal substances and alcohol in the past, is required to take the test three times a month in order to keep majority custody of Bob and Max, her two-year-old twins with the former Two And A Half Men star.

However, TMZ claims that conductors of the test arrived at Mueller's home for a scheduled meeting yesterday evening and were promptly turned away by her lawyer, who stated that the star would not comply with their requests.

According to the website, a refused drug and alcohol test will be counted as a fail under the settlement.

Mueller and Sheen divorced in November after two years of marriage.
